About the Artist
Meet Sabrina Elaouad, the creative force behind Oum Ceramics. Her journey kicked off with a BA (Hons) in Jewellery Design from London Metropolitan University, where she first got her hands into the world of design and creation.
Sabrina's flair for the handmade didn't go unnoticed – she quickly found herself contributing to the eye-catching window displays at London's iconic Selfridges and Harvey Nichols.
When 2021 rolled around and the world slowed down due to the pandemic, Sabrina found herself in Dubai, mulling over her next move.
That's when Oum Ceramics was born, right out of her home studio. It was a leap into the unknown, turning a challenging time into a chance to dive into her lifelong love affair with clay and home decor.
Sabrina is all about creating pieces that aren't just great to look at but are functional and feel like they have a story to tell.
With Oum Ceramics, she's on a mission to craft unique, timeless ceramics that bring a bit of soul and handmade charm into our homes.
