Whilst all pieces are dishwasher safe, it is recommended to carefully hand wash each piece when needed with a soft brush and water to avoid any breakages. If used in the dishwasher, use a gentle low-heat setting.
Thermal shock can occur from extreme changes in temperature which will cause the pieces to crack/shatter.

Yes, they all hold water however it is advised to not keep water in them when not needed to. All pieces are also food safe.

Each Oum piece is carefully and thoughtfully made by hand, therefore it’s not uncommon to have slightly different variations in the size and finish from the listing photo. All listing dimensions are approximations.
Returns

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. The buyer will be responsible for safely packing the product (as it arrived to them), as well as the cost of shipping.

If your piece arrives broken in its box then a replacement will be sent to you. Please send photos of the broken item in its box within 24 hours of its arrival, along with the order number and date of purchase to info@oumceramics.com. In case of any mishandling by the carrier, please also send photos.
